The departments of the Air Force and the Navy have approved participation in TotalForce+, taking place Feb. 1–3, 2027, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. This is an important step in making it easier for Airmen, Guardians, Sailors, Marines, and civilian colleagues to attend. (See below for Department of the Army determination.)

What does this mean for you? These department-level approvals provide the framework for participation. You should coordinate with your supervisor or chain of command to obtain individual attendance approval and follow your department’s guidance. If travel is required, travel authorization and funding must also be approved through your organization’s normal processes.

Conference registration is free for currently serving military personnel and civilian employees of the Departments of the Air Force, Navy, and the Army as well as their spouses. Any questions about official speaking roles, gifts, or participation in associated events should be coordinated with your organization’s legal or ethics office.
