Stephanie Brown, CEO and founder of The Rosie Network and the U.S. Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce, is a nationally recognized leader and sought-after subject-matter expert on military entrepreneurship. As CEO, Stephanie has testified before the Joint Congressional Small Business and Veterans Affairs Committees. She has been featured on numerous national news channels, including Fox Business, CBS, and NPR.

 

She is the spouse of the late Rear Adm. Thomas Brown (SEAL), USN, and the daughter of a Vietnam veteran-turned-small business owner.

 

Stephanie has launched and/or sold six small businesses. She launched and led the Military Spouse Entrepreneur Task Force, working with DoD leaders to empower military spouse business owners.

 

She serves as the chairperson of the Military Affairs Committee for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Advisors for the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CALVET). She works closely with government agencies, including the Small Business Administration, Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization, and the Army and Air Force office of Small Business on behalf of our nation's veterans and military spouse business owners.

 

She is the mother of two sons and lives in Southern California on the Brown Family Farm
